Customer using the Website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Country of Domicile

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Payment Terms

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED only.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in AED.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Prime VAT Consultants, customer satisfaction is important to Us. We provide refund and cancellation options under certain conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of a service or project before work has started. If the project has already started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the completed work and project stage.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the Service, delayed communication, or non-payment.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be accepted depending on the nature of the service and project status.

  • Full or partial refunds may be provided if the project has not yet started.
  • If work has already been completed or delivered, refunds may not be applicable.
  • Consultancy services, VAT filing services, tax advisory services, and digital services may be non-refundable once approved or delivered.
  • If a refund is approved, the payment will be reversed back through the original payment method where possible.
  • Approved refunds are usually processed within a reasonable timeframe.
